Contexte

We’re looking for a new CBTC Testing and Commissioning Manager in our Systems Group to help drive the objectives and challenges our valued clients have trusted us to solve for them.  This opportunity will be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

 

As a SYSTRA US CBTC Testing and Commissioning Manager you will join a world-class team of high-performing engineers, designers, drafters and others who work collectively to ensure client projects continue to thrive while remaining on track and budget.

Missions/Responsabilités

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Test and Commissioning team/Working Group coordination
  • Monitor contractor adherence to the project Test and Commissioning schedule and contractual requirements
  • Oversee site testing and troubleshooting activities carried out by the contractor
  • Coordinate with migration phase managers and the deployment team regarding site access
  • Ensure the team on site effectively implements and adheres to 3S procedures

Profil/Compétences

Required Qualifications:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 15 years of testing and commissioning
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with CBTC deployment
  • Significant experience with CBTC brownfield modernization project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to internal and external clients
  • Experience in a client facing setting on large transit and rail projects
  • Located in the San Francisco Bay area, with the willingness to work out of the client locations most of the time

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree(s)
  • Knowledge of Hitachi Rail CBTC system

Salary Range: $172,200-224,640, SYSTRA USA is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
